As of December 1st, 2011, you are allowed to use .5 (half points) for all dressage test movements and collective marks.

DR122 Execution and Judging of Tests. [Chapter DR Dressage Division, Subchapter DR-I Dressage Governing Regulations] Change to read:

8. The scale of marks is as follows:

               10 Excellent                         4 Insufficient

                9 Very Good                      3 Fairly Bad

                8 Good                              2 Bad

                7 Fairly Good                    1 Very Bad

               6 Satisfactory                     0 Not executed

               5 Marginal

All half marks from 0.5-9.5 may also be used both for movements and collective marks, at the discretion of the judge, and scores given must be recorded with a decimal (i.e., as 6.0 instead of 6) .
